Appointments are meant to be a collaboration, so clients can bring their own vision or an inspiration board, and Megan adds her expertise and attention to detail. Vivid color is booked only after a consultation has produced a customized service plan and agreed pricing.

Cuts are shaped to the individual, including a longer cut with blowout, a dry shape-focused trim, short cuts above bob length, and a custom curl cut that starts with a curl-focused consultation. The business also offers curl sets and a curl transformation for naturally curly hair, a press smoothing service, and children's cuts for girls 10 and under.

The business is open Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Cancellations must be made directly with the stylist. Changes made within 72 hours of an appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled total, though the charge is waived if the visit is rescheduled within 7 days of the original date.
