The menu covers most hair needs: women's cuts with a blow-dry, men's cuts, kids' cuts, custom color in partial or full, keratin smoothing, extensions in several styles, deep conditioning with a scalp massage, tip-outs for colored or bleached hair, updos, and on-site bridal hair for one to seven updos at a location the client picks. Microblading, a fine-stroke brow technique done by hand, is offered on its own.

New clients are asked for deposits on several services, including color, keratin, extensions, microblading, tip-outs, updos and bridal hair. The cancellation policy charges 30% for no-shows and for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the visit.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 AM to 3 PM, Friday from 6:30 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM. The salon is closed on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and can be scheduled for delivery; gift card sales are final.
