Ink by Britt was founded by Britt, who has built a career in permanent makeup spanning more than 20 years. The studio says it has served thousands of guests across its two locations. Permanent makeup is the core of the business, with nano brows, shaded brows, lip blush and upper and lower eyeliner available at both the Las Vegas and Mesquite studios, plus permanent makeup removal.

The Mesquite location adds laser and skin services. Laser tattoo removal can remove or fade body art and permanent makeup, usually over several sessions spaced weeks apart, with the number depending on ink color, tattoo age, size and skin type. Laser hair removal covers the face, underarms, arms and legs, bikini and Brazilian, and back and chest; the site notes most clients see results after 6 to 8 sessions. Skin rejuvenation, IPL and medical aesthetic treatments, along with medical-grade skin care, are also offered there, including services for sun damage, age spots and rosacea. Piercings are available at Mesquite as well.

Every laser service begins with a personalized consultation, where the skin or tattoo is assessed and a customized plan and package is put together. The laser used is the PicoWay, which delivers picosecond pulses; the studio calls it industry-leading. According to the site, laser treatments can help reduce redness, visible blood vessels and flare-ups linked to rosacea.

Both locations are appointment only, and the studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Product lines for sale include Brow Latex skins and machine work latex skins at 10 dollars USD each, Active Mist SPF 40 at 66 dollars USD and AGELESS total anti-aging serum at 88 dollars USD.

The Ink by Britt academy offers courses with more than 100 hours of combined theory and hands-on training. Beginner options include a Permanent Makeup Fundamentals course covering machine work on brows, eyeliner, lips and microblading, and a Fine Line Tattooing Fundamentals course. A Facial and Body Piercing Fundamentals course covers ear lobe, helix and nostril piercings. Courses include a manual, a professional machine or kit, and live model sessions. An advanced A La Carte class is open to graduates of the beginner course or people with prior permanent makeup experience, with a choice of eyeliner, lip blush or brows. An online Interactive Apprenticeship lets students work at their own pace, with assignments critiqued by Britt, and a six-month apprenticeship is offered in the Las Vegas area, which is required in Southern Nevada.

Permanent makeup is treated as a specialty, and the studio focuses on color and technique within each service rather than offering everything under one roof. Laser work starts with a consultation and a tailored plan.
