Every new client begins with a personalized consultation before the first treatment, which can be booked online or by phone. The consultation looks at facial anatomy, skin health, medical history, lifestyle and goals, and clients keep the same provider at every visit. Plans are often staged, and the team will sometimes suggest less product, waiting, or no treatment at all.

The menu covers neuromodulator injections, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, SKINVIVE, Derma PRP, laser treatments with the Aerolase Neo Elite, microneedling, medical facials with peels and hydration therapies, and men's aesthetics. Medical weight loss uses FDA-approved medications and GLP-1 therapies with provider check-ins, and primary care includes wellness visits, lab work and sports physicals.

Two monthly memberships are available, Essential at $99 and Signature at $199, with discounts on aesthetic treatments, monthly credit rollover, no long-term contract and priority booking. Membership pricing is applied automatically at the time of service, and financing for aesthetic treatments is offered through Cherry.

Treatment is personalized and conservative, aiming to enhance natural features without an overfilled or frozen look. The team will sometimes recommend less product, waiting, or no treatment when that fits the client better.
