About
Alison Chafin, APRN-C, founded Injections & Co. in Sarasota, where she also works as the injector. She has been a licensed Nurse Practitioner since 2016 and brings more than 26 years of healthcare experience, including primary care and aesthetic medicine, with six of those years concentrated on aesthetic injections. She is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse holding a Florida Autonomous Practice APRN license and a Florida Dispensing Practitioner license.
She has extensive training across the major neuromodulators and uses Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Daxxify. She performs every Dysport and Xeomin treatment at the business herself, along with every other injectable, Daxxify included. For filler, she places Juvéderm in the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline and smile lines, selecting the product according to each client's anatomy, the area being treated and the result sought.
Beyond injectables, she performs all laser skin treatments using the Aerolase Neo Elite. She designs rosacea plans that combine that laser with skincare recommendations and builds melasma treatment plans following melasma skin evaluations. She also plans Derma PRP treatments after assessing anatomy, skin quality and existing volume, leads the medical weight loss program and performs facial balancing.
Before recommending a neuromodulator, she reviews the client's features, muscle strength, prior treatments, daily habits and goals over time. Her plans are frequently staged so not every area is treated at once, and her aim is to enhance features without an overdone look.
