Injected by Martha was started by a nurse injector and a physician who met while working in an emergency room. Martha RN has worked as a nurse for over seven years and became interested in aesthetic care before partnering with Dr. Tennessee Bailey. Dr. Bailey has served the San Antonio community for over 10 years and is board certified in Emergency Medicine. Both sought cosmetic medical training from the Skin Institute.

Visits can start with a telehealth consultation with Dr. Bailey for anyone unsure which treatment fits their goals. The filler menu covers the lips, cheeks, chin and jawline, and a separate service dissolves excess filler. Neurotoxin options include Botox, Xeomin and the Flip My Lips! treatment. Specialty injections address underarm sweating, palm sweating, TMJ teeth grinding and trapezius muscles.

Beyond aesthetics, the practice offers IV hydration blends of vitamins and minerals for dehydration, energy and muscle aches. It also gives IM shots for rapid absorption of specific medications, glutathione, B-12 and D-3 injections, weight loss visits, and testosterone replacement therapy for men, which begins with an evaluation and lab testing.
