Laser hair removal is priced by area. Single sessions start at $150 for small areas such as the chin, ears, hands and feet, and reach $440 for a full face or scalp. The skin treatments include Venus Viva, which uses nano-fractional radiofrequency aimed at fine lines, scarring, texture and pigmentation; a session takes about 15 minutes, priced at $600 for the face or $800 for the decollete, with packages of three available. Venus Legacy uses infrared lasers for deeper heating to tighten skin, typically requiring six to eight treatments about a week apart. Pigmentation spot removal is $150 for one to ten spots and $200 for eleven to twenty spots. Before the first laser session, a complimentary consultation and patch test is required. Clients usually describe laser hair removal as a quick snap followed by a cooling sensation, and sensitivity varies by area. Each treatment includes cooling gel and an aftercare balm. Hair typically begins to shed two to three weeks after the first session. Facial areas are usually treated about every four weeks and may need occasional maintenance. For 24 to 48 hours afterward, clients avoid hot showers, saunas, intense exercise and direct sun. Between sessions, waxing, plucking and depilatory creams are not used, though shaving is fine.
