Skin care visits begin with an in-depth consultation before any treatment, and the spa uses professional-grade products. Facial options include the Indigo Signature, Sea C Spa, Luxe, Glo2, Hydrolifting, Collagen 90+, Oxygenating, Acne and Teen facials, plus a half-hour Wish facial. The spa states that its skin care is performed by fully licensed technicians. Peels include the Rejuvenize and Vitalize peels by Skinmedica, an Ultra Peel and a 4% Retinol Treatment. Microneedling is available as Procell Microchanneling MD or PRO, each with take-home serums and aftercare products.

Nail care covers manicures and pedicures for adults and children, with gel color, dip-powder (SNS) and dry polish options. Dazzle Dry services aim for high-gloss, chip-free results in about five minutes without UV light, and the spa says Dazzle Dry manicure polish lasts up to 7 days and pedicure polish up to 14 days. Gel color is stated to last up to two weeks. Nail products are natural and non-toxic wherever possible. Children's services are for ages 7 and under, and PreTeen services for ages 8 to 12.

The spa offers massage in 30, 60 and 90 minute lengths, including a 60 minute prenatal session that is not given to clients in their first trimester, plus hot stone massage and Mobility Massage. Three head spa treatments, the Crown Jewel, Head in the Clouds and Eye Opener, center on the scalp, combining treatment with massage. Waxing is done in lavender soft wax or hard wax, but it is unavailable to anyone who has taken Accutane in the last six months or used retinol within the past week. Infrared sauna sessions last either 20 or 40 minutes and pair infrared heat with red light therapy. According to the spa, these sessions may support relaxation, circulation, muscle recovery and sleep.

The Wellness Membership Plan costs $95 a month, charged automatically on the 2nd, and each month includes a complimentary 1-hour signature massage, Indigo Signature Facial or Head Spa plus 10% off additional services and products. Spa packages (The Good Life, The Holiday, The Getaway and The Staycation) pair a massage, facial, manicure or pedicure and must be booked online one service at a time. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. A card is kept on file and is not charged until the appointment; cancellations within 12 hours may be charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price. Gratuity is not included in prices, and tips are customary.
