The salon's color work centers on modern techniques, including lived-in color and texture that grows out gradually, and it is known for a signature technique called BILT. Services range from toners and full highlights to balayage, bleach and tone, and color correction. Custom extensions, including seamless weft extensions, are also offered.

Stylists work on an open floor where they share formulas and ideas as they go, and they dedicate hours each month to advanced education. The salon uses Milbon Professional products for its luxury treatments and carries K18 products. It says it chooses cleaner, longer-lasting products that support healthier hair.

The space is laid-back and coastal, with a fresh, modern look on Pacific Coast Highway. The salon is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm, and it is closed on Sundays.
