It also runs an apprentice model in which newer hairdressers take appointments under the supervision of stylists, which the salon presents as a more affordable route to a high-end salon experience. About

Color services run from a toner and blowout up to full blonde transformations. Options include a permanent base color that blends new growth and covers grey, a lightening piece around the hairline and part, an all-over darkening color, and a two-step service that lightens first and then adds vivid color. Color corrections are booked as the Change Your Life Blonde service and require a consultation. Cuts are priced by length and texture, with options for bang trims, barbering cuts, signature and transformative cuts, and curly cuts. First-time curly clients are asked to book the Curly Venture Cut.

Extension services include sew-in, tape-in, fusion and halo styles, with move-up appointments for sew-ins and tape-ins. Every extension appointment starts with a $40 consultation, which is deducted from the total if extension hair is bought that day. Pricing is set case by case based on hair amount, desired length, color and brand, and quoted prices include the first installation. Stylists advise waiting 24 to 48 hours after installation before washing or chemically processing the hair.

Blowout memberships come in four tiers, two of which include extensions, and each gives a set number of blowouts per month along with discounts on products and add-on treatments. The Plus tiers include a free Kevin Murphy Masque. Memberships cannot be shared and do not roll over, and they can be cancelled at any time with notice before the next billing date. Smoothing treatments (Brazilian Express and Brazilian Blowout) and Malibu treatments for discoloration from spray tans, sunscreen, hard or well water, or bronzers are also offered. Wedding services include bridal trials, bridesmaid and attendant styling, day-of styling and a flower girl booking fee, with travel to other venues for groups of three or more.

Appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel or move, or a 50% charge applies. No-shows are charged the full service price, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit the appointment with a 50% charge. The salon does not offer refunds. Clients must disclose color history and medication use at consultation, and a patch test can be requested before a color or chemical service. Clients under a doctor's care should check that color services are compatible with their medication or treatment, since stylists are not medical physicians. Redos are honored within three days of the original service and are free with the same stylist, unless hair has been altered by another salon or by the client.

The salon works with an apprentice model in which newer hairdressers train under stylist supervision, and it emphasizes continuing education across the team. It looks for stylists focused on color and extensions who are committed to ongoing learning.
