Weight loss, wellness and hormone appointments begin with a phone consultation. Weight-loss consultations require a $75 non-refundable deposit at booking. After booking, new weight-loss patients receive a medical questionnaire by email to complete before the visit, and recent lab work should be brought or emailed ahead. If labs are not available, they can be drawn during the appointment. Hormone care requires a comprehensive blood panel at least one week before the consultation, drawn in-house or through LabCorp, and self-pay pricing is available for hormone-related lab work when insurance coverage is limited. Weight-loss and hormone follow-ups are usually scheduled every four to eight weeks.

The practice does not accept insurance. It takes cash, credit and debit cards, CareCredit and FSA funds, with payment due at the time of service. Late arrivals have a 10-minute grace period, after which they may need to reschedule. Before injections or laser treatments, patients are advised to avoid aspirin, NSAIDs, fish oil, vitamin E and alcohol for seven days unless medically necessary. ProNox is available as an optional add-on for comfort during some treatments.

Care centers on collagen stimulation, natural-looking results and long-term health rather than quick fixes, and treatment planning emphasizes safety and an understanding of the whole body.
