The salon has two Indiana locations: one in Lawrenceburg, inside The Suites Salon, and one in Greendale, in Storage Solutions Suite 2. Free parking is available at both, along with TV and WiFi. The salon is open Monday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays.

Services are grouped into manicures, pedicures, nail art designs, fill-ins and removals. Manicures run from a basic service that includes cuticle care, buffing, shaping and a light oil massage, without polish, up to gel, strengthened gel, structured gel, lacquer and extension options. Pedicures can be done in the same styles as manicures except structured gel, and can be finished wet, dry using e-file only, or as a spa service. A trim and clean includes a foot soak, trimming, cuticle work and a deep clean of the nails and cuticle folds. Children's manicures and pedicures are offered for ages 13 and under.

Nail art is booked separately under the design tab rather than included in the nail service price or time. Design tiers scale from simple art, gems or decals up to extravagant work, and each tier adds a set amount of appointment time. Simpler designs may fit within a regular appointment, but clients should book the extra time to avoid needing rework. Appointments are booked online through the salon's booking page.
