Lash work is built around the look a client wants. Custom natural, custom brown, custom volume and luxury mega volume full sets are offered, along with fill-ins in each style. The luxury mega volume set applies several lightweight extensions to one natural lash. The custom natural and custom volume full sets begin with a consultation. The custom brown set is a softer option than black lashes, and the salon notes it is popular with clients who have fair skin or blonde or red hair. Clients who had lashes done by another technician can book a foreign fill-in, which allows time to fill in that work properly. One-week mini fill-ins, a pop of color add-on and lash extension removal are also available.

Brow services include an eyebrow wax and tint that combines hair removal with a semi-permanent tint and lasts between three and six weeks, according to the salon, depending on how fast hair grows back. Brow lamination with tint repositions the brow hairs and adds color. A plain eyebrow wax is also offered.

Makeup services are event makeup and bridal makeup. Bridal makeup includes a consultation, airbrush foundation and false lashes. Waxing covers lip, chin, lip and chin together, full face and brows.

Every lash extension service starts with a lash bath. After a visit, clients can help themselves to complimentary coffee and snacks, and leg rests are available on request. Clients book online with a card on file, which is used only for booking and cancellation. A 50% fee applies to no-shows, cancellations within 24 hours and arrivals more than 15 minutes late. Clients get three chances to reschedule before a full service price retainer is required, and first-time clients who no-show must place that retainer to book again. Buy now, pay later is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval first. Cards carry a 3.5% processing fee, and cash is always accepted.

Lash sets are planned around a consultation for custom looks, and each extension appointment begins with a lash bath.
