Hair services include all-over color, root retouch, balayage, full and partial highlights, custom color, toner maintenance, perms and haircuts for women, men and children. Smooth filler reduces frizz without permanently straightening hair. Extension installs start at $150 and require a consultation; extension hair and custom color are not included in that price. Move-ups for weft extensions, mini move-ups for upkeep and wash and blowouts for extensions are also offered.

A separate vivid color menu covers color correction and vivid removal, refreshes, root retouches and full or partial transformations, with a free 15-minute color consultation for vivid clients. Head spas come in three lengths, from 45 to 105 minutes, and are not recommended for clients with hair extensions.

Skin services begin with a $20 consultation that includes a skin analysis and a discussion of a personal routine. Options range from a 15-minute intro facial to a 60-minute signature facial that includes dermaplaning and LED therapy. The Clear Skin Treatment, a 60-minute session, focuses on acne with deep cleansing, LED therapy and extractions.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday 9 AM to 3 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM; the salon is closed Sundays. Children who are not receiving services may not stay in the salon for appointments longer than 30 minutes. No-shows and cancellations within an hour of the appointment are charged 100% of the booked service, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 40%.

The salon's stated goal is to make every visitor feel at ease, supported and in good spirits.
