Work is planned with each stylist. Clients request a custom quote from the stylist they want and talk through that stylist's specialties before booking. Extension work starts with a consultation, which can be done in person or by text. For a text consultation, clients send inspiration photos and current photos of their hair in good lighting, without filters.

Extension installation takes about 3 to 5 hours, depending on the quote. Packages are priced by row count and hair length, with prices based on 22-inch hair. The Hometown package (1 row, up to 4 wefts) is $1,225 for brunette and $1,325 for blonde. The Miami package (2 rows, up to 8 wefts) is $2,025 for brunette and $2,125 for blonde. The Hollywood package (3 rows, up to 12 wefts) is $2,800 for brunette and $2,900 for blonde. Packages using 18-inch hair cost $50, $100 and $150 less respectively, and packages using 24-inch hair cost $50, $100 and $150 more. Moving extensions up a row costs $200 for 1 row, $300 for 2 rows and $400 for 3 rows. Additional wefts are available for an extra charge, and side panels can be added after consultation. Extension packages include take-home hair care products.

Each stylist quotes and plans work individually, and extensions are always scoped in a consultation first.
