Dr. Richard Castellano, described as a double board certified facial plastic surgeon, leads the practice and performs its facelift procedures. The team includes board-certified facial plastic surgeons and aesthetic specialists. The practice reports more than 17 years of combined team experience and says it has performed thousands of cosmetic procedures, and it describes its providers as top-rated.

A first visit begins with a care advisor, who helps build a customized care plan before the client talks through it with the doctor. Each procedure is adjusted to the individual's needs. For facelift patients, care advisors also discuss transportation, care and lodging for the first week of recovery. Clients outside Florida or far from either office can book a virtual consultation with a care advisor, and Spanish-speaking representatives can be requested through the contact form. All surgical procedures are done under local anesthesia, and relaxation medication is available to ease discomfort and nerves. The ImageLift Facelift is the practice's signature minimally invasive lift and comes in four versions: the Mini-ImageLift, the Midi ImageLift, The ImageLift and The Deep ImageLift. A separate Men's ImageLift Facelift places incisions to keep facial hair intact and to reduce scarring for men with shorter haircuts. Incisions run along the tragus, under the earlobe and behind each ear, with a separate incision under the chin. The practice lists social downtime of 4-7 days for the Mini-ImageLift and 7-10 days for the Deep, standard and Men's versions. Non-surgical options include fillers, wrinkle relaxers, laser treatments, laser lipolysis, liquid rhinoplasty, chemical peels, microneedling and facials.

Treatments are customized to each client, with a care plan built before any procedure and an emphasis on minimally invasive, office-based techniques. The practice says it keeps essential glands and muscles in place during lifts and aims to avoid an overdone result.
