Richard Castellano, MD

Richard Castellano, MD, founded ImageLift in 2012 and runs the practice as its CEO. He is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon. He earned his undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of South Florida, completed surgical training at Indiana University School of Medicine, and finished a fellowship year in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. His experience includes more than 25,000 surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures of the face and neck, among them over 10,000 facelifts. He performs the ImageLift Facelift in Mini, Mid, Signature, and Deep versions, along with blepharoplasty under local anesthesia, liquid rhinoplasty, and CO2 laser resurfacing for deep wrinkles, acne scars, and sun damage. Outside the treatment room, he founded Practice Profitability MD, which advises plastic surgeons and their teams, and he coaches and mentors aesthetic professionals, including ImageLift Master Injectors.
