Appointments are booked by phone. First-time clients are welcome and are asked to call and mention that it is their first visit. Each client's hair, lifestyle and goals are discussed before a service begins, and the team says it trains regularly with industry leaders to keep up with current techniques.
Services are grouped into basic styling, haircuts, color, texture and treatments. Color services require a phone consultation before booking. Micro Link extensions also require a 30-minute consultation, which is free when booked with same-day services. Clip-in extensions include washing, styling and installing clip-ins, but the salon does not supply the hair.
Prices are starting rates. Final pricing depends on hair length, density or condition and is discussed before any service begins. Some services have preparation needs: flat iron appointments require hair to be washed and pre-straightened beforehand, and texture services require hair to be detangled first.
Products from Salerm, HairLab by Salerm, Versaty Pro and Color Edge are sold at the salon, and stylists can recommend products for a client's hair type.
