Travel beyond 40 miles is quoted before the booking is confirmed.

A visit begins with an intake form completed before the first appointment and a skin consultation on the day. That consultation sets the length of the facial, which runs between 60 and 120 minutes, and the methods used, which may include disincrustation, an ultrasound blade, chemical peels, direct high frequency, iontophoresis, ultrasound smoothing, microcurrent or lymphatic drainage. Chemical peel strength is matched to each client's skin barrier. No upsells are offered during the treatment, and afterward the client receives a written home-care plan covering what to use, what to stop using and when to return.

Ilmodo needs a clear floor space of about 2 by 2 metres, a power outlet and a nearby sink; the studio brings the table, linens, tools, products and towels. A $75 deposit secures the booking and is applied to the treatment price. Appointments can be moved or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice for a full deposit refund. The deposit is kept for cancellations inside 24 hours and for no-shows.

Beyond single appointments, the studio offers memberships, events and weddings services for bridal parties, launches, press days and shoots, and corporate wellness programs held on site on a recurring schedule for teams.

Treatments are matched to each client's skin on the day, and clients who react easily to products receive hydration, barrier support and lymphatic drainage in place of acids or extraction.
