Every new client begins with a consultation with an on-site doctor or team member, where a treatment plan is chosen and the option of combining services is discussed. Intake paperwork must be completed before the first appointment. Appointments can be booked by phone or through the online booking link.

The menu is organized into body treatments, including manual lymphatic drainage, muscle recovery, noninvasive body sculpting with cavitation, vacuum and cupping, tissue relaxation and wood therapy. Skin tightening is offered with radio frequency on the face, neck, abdomen and thighs, and with Lipo-Light LED sculpting, which the business describes as breaking down fat cells under the skin. Booking terms are set out clearly. A deposit of 50% of the service price is required for all appointments, is non-refundable and non-transferable, and is deducted at the visit, with the balance due in cash or credit before services. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and one reschedule within that window is allowed. Arriving more than 15 minutes late forfeits the deposit, and a no-show blocks future bookings. Packages must be used within 180 days of purchase. Monday and Thursday are appointment-only, Tuesday and Wednesday run from noon to 6 pm, Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm, and the business is closed on Sundays.

Treatments are carried out by trained professionals under the oversight of one of the on-site doctors, with each plan set during a first consultation.
