iLashWorks was started in 2010 by Kit Stephenson, who wanted to keep growing as a lash artist, raise the quality bar in the field, and support education in the lash industry. Colton Stephenson is also an owner, working as an electrologist and lash master, so the studio offers both lash work and electrolysis under one roof.

Electrolysis is offered as permanent hair removal. The studio describes it as the only FDA-approved method of permanent hair removal. A sterile, single-use probe is placed in each follicle to deliver a measured electrical current, and most people need several sessions. A consultation is required before any electrolysis treatment, and moles cannot be treated in Florida under state law.

First-time clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork and talk through their goals. Lash clients should come with clean eyes free of makeup and should not wear contacts. New clients provide a credit card and a $50 deposit at booking. Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours ahead without penalty, while later cancellations are charged the deposit. Arriving 15 or more minutes late means forfeiting the appointment.

The studio is open Monday through Saturday from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M., and is closed on Sundays. Payment is accepted by cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Packages are non-refundable, are meant to be used about every two weeks, are sold on a use-or-forfeit basis, and can be placed on hold for up to 90 days.

Lash and electrolysis work is handled with an emphasis on quality, education and consistent technique across both services.
