Lash services cover removal, fills, lifts with tint, and several set styles. Volume sets layer multiple thinner extensions on each natural lash for fullness, hybrid sets give a textured line with light volume, and wet sets create a denser line with more customization. An Angel set is offered as an alternative to classic lashes with lighter weight. The Custom Set is planned with the client, who chooses length, curl and thickness together with the esthetician, with a wispy effect available.

Brow work includes shaping and waxing, lamination with or without tint, a hybrid dye option and powder brows. Brow appointments begin with a complimentary shaping guide. Lash and brow services can also be combined into bundles, such as a brow lamination with a lash lift.

Skin services start with a New Client Facial, the required first treatment for new clients, which helps assess skin for future work. A free 15-minute Skincare Consultation covers current concerns, goals and daily habits before a first visit, and Virtual Beauty Shopping offers a personalized routine, a simplified product list and clickable shopping links. Acne Bootcamp pairs a skin analysis and acne type assessment with a home regimen, and the facial menu also includes dermaplaning, extractions, hydro-oxygen, a peel series and a wedding prep package.

Booking fees are required for every appointment and count toward the service balance, but they are non-refundable. A fee can be moved to another appointment only if the original is cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, and each appointment allows one reschedule. The studio tailors its work to each client, shaping lash styles around personal style and features and brow work around preference and facial symmetry. Longer-lasting services are customized to individual needs, and skincare products are recommended to suit each client's skin and goals.
