Each set is designed around the client's eye shape. Options range from Classic sets, which add one lightweight extension to each suitable natural lash, to Hybrid sets that blend Classic definition with softer Volume fullness, to Volume sets built from lightweight lash fans with customized fullness, curl and length. Brazilian Volume uses lightweight W-shaped extensions for a dense, textured finish, and the Signature Wet Set pairs clean definition with placed spikes for a glossy look. Full sets run from about 1 hour 20 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the style. Lash Special Mondays is listed at $100.

Every appointment requires a deposit, which is nonrefundable but can be transferred once with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and a fee may apply for shorter notice. A 10-minute grace period applies, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled price.

Extensions are stated to last 2 to 4 weeks, depending on aftercare and the natural lash cycle. Fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks for the best retention, and a fill requires at least 40% of the extensions to remain; otherwise a full set is needed. Clients can swim or shower after 24 hours. The studio advises avoiding mascara and oily products near the lashes and cleaning the lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser and brush. The studio states that extensions do not harm natural lashes when applied properly with safe materials.
