Lash appointments can be done at the client's home. Residential locations within 10 miles of the Banyan Place studio are covered, with a $20 house call fee. Locations farther away, or groups of five or more, are booked as an event call, and these can be set up with a payment link so each person pays for their own service. Group discounts are available for weddings, quinces, vacation prep and similar bookings, with details by message. If weather makes a mobile visit unsafe, the appointment can be moved or rescheduled to the studio.
Training is offered as iLash iClass, online, in person or as a combined course, and includes a certification on completion. The course is listed at $200. Retail products are sold online and shipped by USPS or UPS to any of the 50 states, with handling in one business day. Unopened resellable products can be returned within 7 days for store credit; opened liquid containers cannot be returned, and the buyer pays return shipping.
Materials and tools are chosen with sensitivity in mind: the adhesive is latex-free and formaldehyde-free, and a sensitive-eye adhesive is available. Patch tests can be arranged by message at least 24 hours before a service, and everything is single-use except stainless steel tweezers, which are cleaned with alcohol wipes and heat-treated.
