Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and two Saturdays a month, 9 AM to 2 PM. Clients are asked to arrive about 5 minutes early and to allow at least 1.5 hours for a haircut. Hair should be washed the day before or the morning of the visit and arrive dry, conditioned, detangled, with little or no product. Hair that is heavily product-coated, severely tangled, braided, pulled back tightly or recently blown out may not be ready for service. If more than 20 minutes are needed to detangle or prepare hair, an extra fee may apply or the service may be split across two appointments. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten the visit, and arriving more than 15 minutes late requires rescheduling with a $30 late or rescheduling fee added to the next appointment.

Services suit clients who wear their waves or curls at least 75% of the time and want to embrace their natural texture rather than rely on heat styling.
