Each visit can begin with a free color consultation that lasts about 30 minutes, a useful step before a big change. The salon also offers a bombshell blowout built on the ColorWOW DreamCoat system, along with a prepaid weekly shampoo, blowdry and style package that can be booked on any open day. Haircuts are not part of the package, and the price may go up slightly for thicker or longer hair.

Booking comes with some firm rules. New clients booking chemical or styling services pay a deposit of 30 to 40 percent, which goes toward the total and can be moved if the appointment is rescheduled at least 72 hours ahead, but is otherwise non-refundable. A card on file is required, and a no-show or missed policy is charged the full booked price. Changes and cancellations within 72 hours must be made by contacting the salon directly. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Hours are Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. The salon is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
