Head spa services end with a wet braid or bun, and a dry style requires a Blow Dry add-on. Clients with hair past the bra line or mid-back can book the Long Hair Indicator, which adds time and product. Head spa treatments are not offered for dreadlocks, cornrows, twists or braids.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, and unused services can roll over to the following month. A membership can be frozen for one to three months by calling the front desk. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and late arrivals do not receive extra treatment time and are charged the full service price. Gift certificates expire one year after purchase.
