Clients can book online or by phone at each location. The spa lists payment plans through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility. A non-refundable deposit is due at booking and counts toward the treatment or package total. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and a $150 non-refundable fee applies to changes made with less notice. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full service price. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook.
