Every new client has a consultation before the first service to talk through options. Each extension set is tailored to the client's preferred type, style, length, shape and curl, and to what their natural lashes can comfortably hold. New clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to sign a consent form and have their lashes cleaned, without eye makeup on.

The Lady is a natural half set that places one extension on every other natural lash. The Princess is a natural full set with one extension per natural lash for added length and fullness. The Duchess is a hybrid that mixes single extensions with handmade volume fans. The Queen is a 3D volume set with three to five lightweight fans per natural lash, and the Empress is a MEGA volume set with five to eight handmade lashes per natural lash, which the studio describes as an advanced technique.

Refills are priced by weeks since the first application and by the set type. Refills need at least 40 percent of lashes remaining; below that, a new full set is required, and beyond four weeks the studio generally recommends a fresh set. Mini refills are a quick touch-up for a special event or a refill within one week. Clients with extensions from another salon can book outside-salon refills, though the studio notes it cannot guarantee the result of those, and it needs about 40 percent retention for a first-time fill.

Lash lifts, tinting and removal are also available. A lash lift lifts natural lashes from root to tip, and can be combined with tinting or a keratin treatment. Extensions must be removed before a lift, and removal can be booked alongside it. Existing extensions are removed by the studio rather than at home. Eyebrow tinting is also offered.

The studio puts client safety first, holds a consultation before the first service, and customizes each set to the client's natural lashes.
