Iryna Melnyk owns the studio and works as its nail technician, with 18 years of experience behind the work. Services range from a basic e-file manicure to structured gel, hard gel overlays, full hard gel extension sets and corrective foot care. Gel polish is applied only to healthy natural nails, and the studio may decline it and suggest another treatment if infection, nail disease, severe damage or other contraindications are present.

Appointments can be booked through the Glossgenius page. Changes are accepted up to 24 hours before an appointment. Later cancellations and no-shows carry a 50% fee, and booking means agreeing to that policy. The studio is open Monday 8:30 AM to 4 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 12 PM and Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, and is closed on weekends. Payments are accepted.

Work is built around natural nails: gel polish goes only on healthy nails, and treatments are declined when contraindications are present.
