Dream In Pink was founded by Nicole Hanily, who opened her own salon after working toward it as a personal goal. The salon serves clients looking for a change in their hair, including extensions and highlights, as well as everyday styling.

Gallery work shows partial and full highlights, single process color, haircuts with styling, round brush and long blowouts, and balayage. Appointments can be booked by text or email, or through the online booking link. Consultations are offered, and the consultation fee is applied in full toward a booked appointment; if no appointment follows, the fee is not refundable.

Policies cover the practical side of a visit. Cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead carry no penalty, while later cancellations are charged 50% of the service to the card on file, and no-shows are charged the full service. For color services, the salon offers a redo within two weeks if the client is unhappy. If one redo does not meet the client's goal, the salon offers a 50% refund toward product costs and can refer the client to another stylist. Unopened retail product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days, and opened product receives a 40% refund.
