The work is focused on permanent makeup for brows and lips. Brows can be done as microblading with hand-drawn hair strokes, ombré with a soft powdered gradient that is lighter at the front and deeper toward the tail, nano brows drawn with a single nano needle, or hybrid brows that pair microblading at the front with ombré shading toward the tail. Lip blush adds a soft tint to natural lip color and does not include lip neutralization. Other services include faux freckles, eyebrow color correction, saline tattoo removal, touch-ups, and ColorBoosts for existing clients who want fading color refreshed.

A visit usually begins with a consultation. A phone consultation is free and covers goals, a first service recommendation, pricing, process and healing. An in-person consultation costs $30, with the fee credited toward the appointment if the client books a same-day service, and includes full brow mapping and a shape preview. Brow shape is mapped by hand before work starts, and the client approves shape and color first. Brow appointments take about 2 hours, so a 3-hour window is recommended. A topical numbing cream is applied before and during sessions, and only sterilized, single-use needles and supplies are used.

The studio states it does not upsell and charges one flat price per service. A $100 booking deposit reserves the appointment and is credited toward the service, and new procedures can be paid in full or in two payments. Reschedules need 48 hours notice to keep the deposit, and arriving more than 15 minutes late requires rescheduling. Permanent makeup clients should stop blood thinners and fish oil at least 2 weeks before an appointment, and children are not permitted in the studio during appointments.

Brows are mapped by hand and the technique is chosen at consultation based on skin type and the look the client wants, with shape and color approved before work begins.
