The studio was founded by Erin EB Bryant, a Los Angeles-based celebrity eyebrow artist who created the iBrow shaping technique. The business says the technique has been used on well-known performers from around the world and calls it world renowned. Bryant is known for helping clients with thin or over-tweezed brows work toward a natural, fuller shape.

Every visit is by appointment. Brows are shaped to suit each client's facial features, with no stencils, and services are adjusted to individual preferences and lifestyle. Clients can sign a waiver online before their visit, and house calls are available on request by texting the studio. Tools and equipment are sterilized before each use, and clients are asked to mention any allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions before booking.

Appointments with several services, or with services that take over an hour, need a $100 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the total. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations may be charged half the scheduled cost, while a no-show without notice is charged the full amount. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten the service, lead to rescheduling or incur a late fee. Payment is due at the time of service by major credit card, debit card or cash, and gratuity is not included in prices. Gift cards are available, do not expire, can be used for any service or product, and are non-refundable.

Some aftercare is needed for certain services. Clients avoid waterproof mascara for 48 hours before a lash treatment and do not wear lash makeup on the day of treatment. Lashes should stay dry for 48 hours after a YUMI lash lift, and brows should stay dry for 48 hours after lamination. Brow lamination is not booked within four weeks of a previous lamination or on brows that are permanently dyed or bleached. Children are only brought in when receiving a service, and pets are not allowed in the studio except service animals.

Brows are shaped to each client's facial features without stencils, and services are customized to individual preferences and lifestyle, with the goal of helping clients embrace their natural look.
