Services are booked by scheduled appointment only, and bookings and payments go through the studio's booking platform. The studio describes itself as a space for manicure lovers and nail art enthusiasts where creativity is welcomed.

Gel manicures use gel polish cured under a UV/LED lamp and include nail shaping, cuticle work and one polish, with no builder; they start at $65 and take 40 or more minutes, and typically last about two to three weeks. Gel-X extensions use pre-shaped, full-coverage soft gel tips over the natural nail, offered from short to long lengths in several shapes, starting at $75, $80 and $90 for short, medium and long, each taking 75 or more minutes. Structured gel overlays add support and durability to natural nails without adding length, using soft or hard gel, and suit nails that are growing out weak or brittle. They start at $75 for short, $80 for medium and $95 for long, and take 90 or more minutes.

Maintenance includes infill or refill, which fills the gap at the cuticle as new growth appears and is generally recommended every two to three weeks, starting at $65 and taking 75 or more minutes. A rebalance reshapes a full enhancement once the apex has shifted, typically at four or more weeks of growth, and starts at $70 for 90 or more minutes. Rebalances are not offered on Gel-X sets, and if about half of an enhancement is lifting, a full removal and new set is needed instead. Gel removal and soak-off start at $20 and take 30 or more minutes.

Nail art is offered in three tiers, from basic to intricate, and clients are asked to bring inspiration photos for every tier. The portfolio shows structured gel overlays and Gel-X sets with cat-eye, French tips, chrome, foils, florals and 3D textures.

Booking carries a $20 nonrefundable deposit that is applied to the appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have services or designs adjusted, and the full original price still applies. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice forfeit the deposit and half the service fee, and no-call, no-show bookings forfeit the deposit and the full fee. One additional guest may join an appointment if the studio is told in advance. Hours are Friday 9 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 7 PM, with the studio closed Monday through Thursday.
