The studio is a home-based private space in a quiet residential area, with the full address shared by email once an appointment is confirmed. It is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 8:30 PM, Saturday from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed on Tuesdays and Fridays.

The Korean lash lift curls and lifts natural lashes without tint and is listed at a starting price of $30, taking 30 minutes or more; the effect is described as lasting about 6 to 8 weeks. A Korean Lash Lift Special at $115 takes 75 minutes and includes tint, and it requires a $50 deposit. Lashes should not be wet for 24 hours after a lift.

Customized full sets are shaped in person, with length, fullness and curl type chosen at the appointment. New clients can book a customized full set starting at $35, while the studio's full set option starts at $235 and takes 150 minutes or more. Full sets are applied with UV LED light-cured lash adhesive. Fills start at $110 and take 75 minutes or more, but they are only offered when at least 40 to 50 percent of the extensions are still intact and the visit is booked within 14 to 22 days of the last appointment; otherwise a full set may be recommended. Foreign fills are not offered, and clients who have extensions from another artist need a full set with removal.

Add-ons include tooth gems, which use Swarovski crystals set with medical grade dental adhesive and are semi-permanent and removable by a dentist; they start at $10 and take 20 minutes or more, with extra gems at $15. Clients are asked to check with the studio before booking tooth gems to confirm what is in stock. Bottom lashes start at $25 and take 30 minutes or more. A patch test costs $35 and takes 45 minutes: two to four extensions are placed at the outer corner of the eye and reactions are watched for 24 to 48 hours; new clients pay a $25 deposit for it. Extension removal costs $45, takes 30 minutes, and uses a gel or cream remover; new clients pay a $23 deposit.

Booking terms are set out clearly. Full sets and lash lifts require a $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Changes made within 36 hours of an appointment carry a 50 percent fee, and same-day cancellations, same-day reschedules and no-shows are charged the full service price, with a separate no-show fee of $68. Appointments can be rescheduled up to two times, after which a further request cancels the booking and the deposit is forfeited. Any outstanding fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
