Pricing is listed by style and by full set or fill. A Classic Full Set is $150 and a Classic Fill $75; Hybrid is $200 and $100; Light Volume is $250 and $125; Mega Volume is $300 and $175; the Mermaid Ombre Full Set is $400 and its refill $200. A Lash Bath deep cleanse is $45, and a lash-only appointment is listed at $50. The salon gives typical times of about one and a half to two hours for a classic full set and about an hour for a fill.
Skin care treatments include a Detox Facial with skin analysis and extractions when needed, a microdermabrasion treatment and a chemical peel listed at $350. A non-invasive mesotherapy treatment uses electroporation and electroosmosis rather than needles or injections. A Skin Care Appointment, which reserves a spot, is $50 and lasts about an hour. A package of a mini facial, an Esthemax mask and a classic full set is $200 and runs about two hours and ten minutes. Custom airbrush spray tans are applied with a spray gun or airbrush, using a formula that can be adjusted for darkness and coverage; no price is listed for them.
Appointments are booked online only, and a credit card on file is needed to hold a time. Deposits are non-refundable and can be paid by Zelle or Venmo. Accepted payment includes exact cash, Zelle, Venmo and in-person card; gift cards and checks are not taken. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours ahead carry a $35 fee, and arriving more than 20 minutes late may mean the appointment cannot be accommodated. Only the client attends, with no extra people or children.
Before a first set, clients are asked to skip mascara on the upper lashes for 24 hours and to avoid waterproof mascara for three full days. Extensions should stay dry for four to six hours after application, and oil- and acid-heavy products should be avoided. Refills are offered at one to two weeks and need at least 45 percent of extensions remaining; a third week requires a full set. First-time clients who have lost 45 percent or more of their extensions are asked to book a full set, as the salon does not work over other artists' work. Fills are generally recommended every two to three weeks.
According to the salon, its lash products are animal cruelty free, and its technicians describe themselves as highly trained in lash extension artistry.
