A visit begins with a conversation about the client's goals, health history and concerns. The skin is assessed and the facial is adjusted to what the skin needs that day, or the bodywork is shaped around the client's goals. New clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to complete intake and consent forms. For post-operative and lymphatic visits, loose and comfortable clothing works best, and clients are given privacy to change and stay draped during treatment. Treatments can be adapted for sensitive or reactive skin when clients share allergies, sensitivities, medications and recent reactions beforehand.

Skin treatments are built around the Environ professional skincare line, which the business describes as internationally recognized and evidence-based, founded on vitamin A, antioxidants and peptides. Environ was developed by plastic surgeon Dr. Des Fernandes. SkinPen microneedling uses controlled microchannels to stimulate collagen and elastin, and it uses the SkinPen Precision Elite device, which is FDA-cleared. Both peels and microneedling require a consultation to determine candidacy and plan treatment. HydraFacial treatments, which the business describes as medical-grade, come in several levels with boosters at the higher tiers.

The salon's lymphatic menu offers Manual Lymphatic Drainage, which relies on feather-light touch, plus Lymphatic Restore, Signature Lymphatic Sculpt, and the Cocoon Wellness Pod, which pairs infrared warmth with soft vibration. Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Lymphatic Restore are not designed to treat lymphedema or swelling after surgery. Lymphatic Sculpt aims to aid circulation and reduce the sensation of puffiness; according to the business, outcomes differ from person to person, and the treatment makes no guarantee of lasting body contouring or weight loss. Lymphedema treatment in a clinical setting may draw on manual drainage, compression, patient education, movement programs and the other elements of Complete Decongestive Therapy, and compression sleeves or wraps are prescribed where a clinician judges them appropriate. Post-operative bodywork follows the guidance of the operating surgeon and can support healing, but it is not a substitute for medical care.

Booking is available through the Book Now link on the website. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; changes made within 24 hours of the appointment carry a fee of 30% of the scheduled service, and no-shows may be charged the full cost. Late arrivals may have their session shortened so the next client is not delayed, and the full price still applies. Packages are for the purchaser only and cannot be transferred, and gift cards can be used toward eligible services. Clients who are ill or have a fever, contagious illness or active infection are asked to reach out before their visit.

Care is individualized, with each visit shaped around the client's skin, health history and goals, and treatment plans are not built around trends.
