Service prices depend on the stylist chosen. Appointments need a credit card to reserve and at least 24 hours' notice for changes or cancellations. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the a la carte fee, and no-shows are charged the full cost of the services booked. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may lead to rescheduling and is treated as a no-show. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, and their expiration dates are noted at purchase. Gratuity can be paid in cash or by card through the stylist using Square, Venmo or Zelle.
