The menu covers women's haircut and style, men's haircuts and clipper cuts, and cuts for children, with separate categories for kids cuts up to age 6 and boys cuts. Other hair services include bang trims, shampoo and blow dry, perms, and updo or formal event styling. The color menu ranges from all over color, color retouch and custom gloss to dimensional highlights, hairline highlights, lived in color and balayage, the salon's signature Loft Highlight, and a maximum blonding service. Hair and scalp treatments include a keratin treatment and a scalp scrub, and waxing is offered for brows and for lip or chin.

New clients, and clients whose last color was more than five months ago, are asked to book the free 15-minute consultation along with their color or lightening service so the stylist can schedule the full appointment. Some stylists use their own separate booking systems. The salon's team page says no-shows are charged 100% of the service amount. Hours are Monday 10 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday to Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and closed Sunday.
