The practice's philosophy centers on subtle, tailored treatment aimed at natural-looking results, and it places refinement ahead of adding more treatment. Injectable plans are built in layers that address bone, fat, muscle and skin rather than one area at a time. Options include full facial balancing, liquid face lifts, 8 point lifts and signature lip treatments. The business also names continued education as a top priority for its injectors, along with realistic expectations and transparency.

A visit usually begins with a complimentary consultation to talk through goals and plan treatment. Neurotoxin dosing is set after an in-person assessment rather than by text or social media. The practice keeps four neurotoxin options, Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau and Daxxify, and says no single one is best for every client. Weight loss clients begin with a free initial consultation and a phone screening or consultation with the physician before an in-office visit.

Hydrafacial sessions run from Signature, a 30-minute cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate visit, through Deluxe and Platinum to a Teen Hydrafacial for ages 13 to 19. Hydrafacial Elite, listed at $175, uses vortex technology to extract congestion and deliver serums. The business recommends a Hydrafacial once a month, or every three to four months if that is not possible. Chemical peels, Photolight therapy and SkinPen microneedling are also offered, and SkinPen is usually planned as three treatments about a month apart followed by a few maintenance sessions a year.

Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 6pm, Wednesday 12pm to 7pm, Friday 10am to 4pm, and one Saturday a month from 11am to 3pm; the office is closed Mondays. Clients can book online, or call or text 612-463-0863, and texting is available outside business hours. Financing is accepted through Cherry, CareCredit, Affirm and Klarna. Aftercare is required for treatments, and aftercare products are bought in store. Brides can ask about a special rate, and a free consultation is offered. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. Changes made within 24 hours carry a $100 fee, and a missed appointment without notice carries a $300 no-show fee; the same policy applies to consultations, with exceptions considered at the business's discretion.

Treatment is planned in layers across bone, fat, muscle and skin, with refinement and restraint valued over adding more treatment. The stated aim is natural-looking results and enhancement without plastic surgery.
