Full sets range from $140 for Classic to $200 for Mega Volume, and fill-ins range from $60 to $110. A full-set visit includes a consultation, a deep lash cleanse, an aftercare card and a lash brush, and clients receive a lash brush after each fill-in as well. Fill-ins are scheduled about every two weeks to keep extensions in place. A full set is required when a client comes more than two weeks after their last fill-in or with less than half of their lashes remaining. Changing to a different style means removing the existing extensions and starting with a new full set.

Brow lamination, at $85, straightens and relaxes brow hairs for easier styling and a fuller shape, and it includes wax and tint. Brow wax and lip wax are $20 each, chin wax is $15 and uses a soothing hard wax, brow tint is $30, and a combined wax and tint is $45. Facial waxing is done with Brow Code products, which the salon describes as the number one brand used by professional brow stylists worldwide.

Appointments are booked through the Vagaro app. Clients complete a client intake and consent form before their first visit, and first-time clients may be asked for a deposit to hold the appointment. Guests such as children, pets and partners are not permitted at appointments. Clients are asked to arrive on time and no more than five minutes early. Payment is accepted by cash, Venmo or Zelle. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the appointment cost, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full cost. Refunds are not offered on services or products.

Volume fans are hand-made during each application, and lash styles are chosen together with the client with the health of natural lashes in mind.
