The studio says it values precision, quality and long-term results over rushed appointments, and describes each service as customized to the client. Lash extensions are made with Korean PBT fibers in lengths of 8 to 16 mm and curls B through L, applied with a low-fume, medical-grade adhesive. After a lash extension visit, clients go home with a lash cleanser, a brush and a care card. The salon works with European professional products it selects for performance and safety, and says every tool is either autoclaved or single-use, with the studio cleaned between every client.
Facials are built around a professional skin assessment, an oil-then-water double cleanse, targeted exfoliation, customized serums, a targeted mask and massage, and SPF applied before the client leaves. Facials use Image Skincare, a professional-only clinical line, along with Skin Script products for chemical peels and clarifying treatments. The HydraLuxx Hydrafacial and HydraGlow Facial are among the most involved options, and the studio offers a range of named facials covering acne, anti-aging, dermaplaning and microdermabrasion. First-time facial clients receive 10% off any facial.
Spa packages are the studio's way of combining several services into one visit. Package visits include coordinated scheduling, private treatment rooms, tea, water and snacks, a single checkout and one aftercare card. Packages that include brow services add a brow shape at no extra cost. Custom packages can be built from two to four services and are priced by phone quote.
The studio also offers beginner and advanced lash training. Foundation Touch is a two-day beginner course with a kit and a live model included, and The Master Russian Volume is an advanced course for certified lash artists, offered privately or in a group. Lash Artist Mentorship is a three-week program for already certified artists. Training is booked by phone, and the salon says its courses have small class sizes.
