Brow appointments include a wax, fill and shape service, brow lamination (also listed under the name Cejas Planchadas), and a hybrid brow tint that includes custom mapping and waxing. Lash lifts are offered on their own or paired with a brow wax and fill, and brow lamination can be combined with a lash lift at a bundled price of $185. For men, a wax, shape and trim is offered, with an optional tint add-on at $20 that the studio lists as available for the last three weeks.

Booking requires a deposit that goes toward the appointment cost, and the amount depends on the service, from $15 for wax, fill and shape up to $75 for the brow lamination and lash lift bundle. A retainer fee is needed to reserve a time and is non-refundable. Appointments cannot be transferred or refunded. Brow reschedules need 24 hours notice, and brow clients arriving 15 or more minutes late may have their appointment cancelled. For lash services, arriving 10 or more minutes late may result in the full payment being charged. If a medical condition would interfere with a service, the appointment is cancelled and the balance for the service is collected. Booking is treated as a contract under the studio's terms.
