The salon is open Wednesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM. It is closed on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

Booking policies: a 25% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
