Stylists plan the look around the client's hair, how it fits into their daily life, and what they want from the result. First-time haircut guests receive a complimentary 15-minute consultation, and hair extension transformations also begin with a complimentary consultation. Extension consultations are held with Bellami-certified specialists.

Services are grouped into custom color, custom highlight, custom haircut and style, custom texture, custom service enhancements, and hair extensions. The salon points to the Bespoke Highlight Experience with Bespoke Haircut as its specialty, and to the Bespoke Luxe Blowout as a signature service. Color retouch services can be paired with an enhanced blowout, haircut, or FUSIO treatment, and the Keratin Express Blowout can be booked on the same day as a color service. According to the salon, Cezanne Smoothing results last up to 3 months and Keratin Express results last up to 6 weeks.

Pricing follows a Level Pricing and Compensation System tied to stylist experience and demand. Curling wand or flat iron styling is available for an additional fee on haircut and blowout services.

The salon runs a full-time, paid Associate Program for recent cosmetology graduates. Associates train hands-on with an in-salon educator, receive one-to-one mentorship, and attend dedicated weekly Opportunity Days. Full-time associates can earn up to $35,000 a year, and benefits include paid vacation, a SIMPLE IRA with matching, health insurance with dental and vision, short-term disability, a flexible schedule, product and service discounts, and team lunches.

Booking requires a 24-hour cancellation notice, and a credit card is needed to hold any appointment made through the online portal. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice carries a charge of 50% of the booked value, and no-call, no-show reservations are charged the full reservation value. New guests pay a deposit for lightening, creative color, corrective color, or appointments longer than one hour, and that deposit is refunded only with at least 48 hours notice. Clients may change stylists within the salon, and service adjustments may be requested within 3 days of a visit, though the salon does not offer refunds on services.

Each look is planned around the client's hair, how they live, and what they want, with a consultation before any service.
