Hair cutting, styling and treatments are offered to women and men. Color options range from root touch-ups and all-over color to highlights, balayage, ombré and color melts, with face framing as a smaller option. Keratin and straightening treatments, including Brazilian Blowout and Japanese straightening, are also on the menu. Facials and threading complete the services, with threading done in partnership with Sothys.

Bridal work is a large part of the business. A free bridal consultation can be requested through the website. Bridal appointments come as trials, in-salon visits, wedding site visits or bridal party services, covering hair, makeup or both. The bridal party can include bridesmaids, the maid of honor, mothers of the bride and groom, and siblings. Prices vary with the makeup look, the hairstyle, and the length, thickness and texture of the hair. Standard bridal pricing does not include out-of-state, international, or traditional Sri Lankan or Indian weddings, and quotes for those are given by phone. Transportation, out-of-hours service and parking fees may apply.

Practical details: the salon has no front desk receptionist, so replies to weekend or after-hours messages can take longer. Appointments can be requested through the online booking form. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice by phone, with late cancellations charged half the service fee and same-day cancellations or no-shows charged the full booked amount. Guests running 15 or more minutes late are asked to call. The salon also rents chairs to stylists on full-time, part-time, daily or last-minute terms, in spaces with lighted mirror stations and personal storage.

Looks are worked out around each client's own hair and skin, and prices depend on hair length, thickness and texture.
