The studio is located in suite 420 at 11500 Northwest Freeway in Houston. Its menu is built around braids, organized by style, size and length, from waist length to butt length. Prices vary with those choices, and each listed service comes with an estimate of how long it usually takes, so clients can plan their visit.

Braiding hair is offered in colors 1b, 4, 30 and 27. Curly human hair is available in colors 1b and 30, and clients may bring their own hair in other colors. The studio says its all-human braids last up to three months and does not recommend leaving them in for four.

Beyond braids, the studio installs wigs and offers wig maintenance, traditional sew-in installs, ponytail styling and a natural hair wash with steam relaxer. Braid touch-ups are priced at half of the earlier service. House calls are available for an added fee.

The studio also runs a two-day braiding class, six hours per day, covering knotless and bohemian braids. The class costs $400 with a $50 deposit, and participants receive a certificate of completion. Bookings are made online, deposits for most services range from $5 to $20, and clients can pay in person or use Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations should be reported as early as possible so the appointment can be rescheduled. The studio is open Monday through Saturday from 8 AM, with closing times between 8 PM and 8:30 PM, and on Sundays from 3 PM to 9 PM.

Services are organized by style, size and length, with time estimates given for each, so clients can see what a visit involves before booking.
