House of Wellness, Inc. brings massage, esthetics, body contouring and wellness consultations together under one roof. The business takes a holistic view of beauty, treating the body and mind as connected parts of looking and feeling well. Soulux is its luxury side, created by one of the original founders, and its treatments are built around recovery, beauty and calming the nervous system.

About

Visits take place in a quiet office where each client has a private room, and tea and water are offered. New clients complete a health and surgical history form. Booking is online or by phone, with separate English and Spanish phone lines. Hours are Sunday morning, weekday mornings and afternoons, and Friday morning; the business is closed on Saturdays.

Soulux post-op lymphatic recovery supports clients after liposuction, tummy tucks and other cosmetic procedures, generally during the first 90 days after surgery. Each session is adjusted to the procedure, the stage of healing, swelling, fibrosis or scar tissue, and the individual lymphatic response, and the therapist works around fresh surgical sites. Surgeon clearance may be required, and clients with open incisions, active drainage, signs of infection or surgical complications are asked to contact their surgical team before booking. These treatments do not replace medical treatment or surgical follow-up.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged half the scheduled service. A no-show or a cancellation within two hours of the appointment may be charged in full and must be paid before the next booking. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. A $25 non-refundable deposit is due when booking and is applied toward the service.
