Color is a large part of the menu, from gloss or toner with a blowdry and root regrowth color to face frame highlights, partial and full highlights, and creative blonding with balayage or babylights. A double process retouch is offered for blondes. Color correction and extensions are priced only after a consultation and quote. Texture services include a global keratin smoothing treatment and a Curl Cult perm.

The salon uses Davines hair care. According to the salon's products page, Davines is certified by B Corp, was named a 2019 Best For the World: Environment honoree by B Lab, runs its Parma manufacturing on renewable energy, uses recycled material for most of its paper and cardboard packaging, and offers packaging that is carbon neutral through a reforestation partnership. Visitors who drive should park in the Hudson Ave structure, whose entrance is on the left side of Hudson Ave between Green St and Colorado Blvd, next to the main lobby entrance of Regency Salon Studios. The first two hours are validated; standard rates apply after that, and clients should bring their parking ticket to the appointment. Street parking limits are not enforced on Sundays.

Cancelling or rescheduling needs 36 hours' notice. A change made with less than 36 hours' notice requires payment of 50% of the scheduled service values before further booking, and a cancellation within 6 hours of the appointment is charged at 100%. Appointments outside normal hours carry an additional 20% fee.
