Visits are by appointment only and are booked through Booksy. Every visit opens with a consultation and a mapping session, and brow and lash designs are planned around each client's bone structure, daily life and aesthetic goals. Guests are not permitted during appointments, cash is not accepted, and credit cards are. The studio has parking, is accessible for people with disabilities, and runs a loyalty program. Staff wear disposable gloves, disinfect surfaces and tools between clients, use disposable supplies and have a handwashing station.
The menu covers brows and lashes in detail. Brow options include a short maintenance cleanup for clients returning within three weeks, shaping with threading or waxing, tinting, lamination, and combined lamination and tint visits. Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume full sets, with fills for each style, plus lifts, tints, bottom lashes, color accent lashes, lash removal and a lash bath or deep cleanse. Full sets take roughly 1 hour 45 minutes for classic and hybrid styles and about 2 hours 15 minutes for mega volume. Packages bundle several services together, from a fill with a brow cleanup to a bridal set that includes a volume set, a fill close to the wedding, a Signature Brow and a lash bath.
The Orlando location lists hours on Thursday and Friday evenings and on weekend daytime, and it is closed Monday through Wednesday. That location also lists customized facials and body treatments through WO Skin & Body. The academy offers brow and lash courses for licensed beauty professionals, including one-day and multi-day programs with graduate support afterward. Enrollment requires an active Florida Cosmetology, Full Specialist or Facial Specialist license, or an equivalent out-of-state license, which is checked at enrollment. Courses are advanced technique training and do not replace state licensure, and the certificates they issue are not Florida professional licenses.
